Cancellation/Refund Policy

For Ongoing (monthly) Contributions Contributions are processed on the 1st and the 18th of the month, if you contact the Elan Vital Contribution office after your contribution has been processed, your contribution will be canceled prior to the next month's process or can be refunded upon request for the current month. Although it states 30 days notice, we can cancel your contribution as soon as the request comes in.

One-Time Contribution- If you make a one-time contribution and request a refund, the refund is made when the request is submitted.
